Sabine and Munna are colleagues, friends and soul sisters.
They have been deeply involved in women's work and personal development and that is how they got to know each other. Since then they have organised and led many joint workshops and trainings in Portugal.
Their passion for healing the female body, mind and soul, binds them together. In their experiences and skills they complement each other perfectly.
Sabine is a trainer and coach in the in the field of personal development, leads women's circles and retreats, is an energy worker and hypnosis coach and trainer, loves tantra.
Munna is an intuitive massage therapist, doula, teacher of menstrual cycle awareness, student and researcher of women's health, sacred sexuality and ancient temple arts.

The seminar hotel "Monte da Orada" is a beautiful estate with many small buildings midst enchanting nature. The seminar venue is an oasis of peace, booked exclusively for our women's group. Lots of space, great views, beautiful rooms and gardens, swimming pond, sauna, chapel, power places in nature, open fireplace in the dining room and lounge, TOP! vegan/vegetarian cuisine, located on the beautiful south-western coast of Portugal.

In principle yes, but we would rather avoid this and invite you to be on site for the whole time of the retreat.
No, the retreat is designed for all participants to be present from the beginning to the end.
Please bring clothes that you can move well in. Bring comfortable, warm and light clothes that you feel good and comfortable in. Don't forget a bathing suit and sauna towel (there is a wonderful swimming pond and sauna on site). Water bottle. Journal and writing materials. If you like, your own yoga mat, blanket or seat cushion. (In principle, mats, blankets and cushions are available on site).
