A man is worth more than a woman and no matter how hard you try, you can't hold a candle to men. Growing up in the Austrian countryside in Carinthia, this was one of the strongest beliefs of my environment that I felt every day. Even as a child and teenager, I was in a constant inner battle and although I embodied ‘the good & educated girl’ on the outside, deep down I was a rebellious soul who wanted to break out and show that she was good enough, just as good as the men, perhaps even better than them. That she was clever. But above all, that she can be successful and independent, emotionally and financially.

Education, cultural openness, studying foreign languages and diligence were my understanding of getting there. So I wanted to have an academic degree in my pocket, explore the world, satisfy my thirst for adventure and discovery, work internationally and make a difference at the same time. After studying to be a teacher and spending some time teaching Italian and English at High School, I switched to non-formal youth work, which has always been my passion.

As Secretary General of an international NGO, I organised and led seminars and training courses in 24 countries in Europe for many years and campaigned for the rights of young disadvantaged people. Then, in 2005, I became self-employed and dedicated myself to my two favourite subjects: travelling and educational work.

For a total of 20 years I worked as a tour guide and later as a cruise director (river cruising) throughout Europe during the summer months, managing large groups and special events. In the winter, I devoted myself to educational and training work, which took me to many European countries, the USA and for a few years to Africa. I trained the executive level of international NGOs, worked with ministries of education, led countless trainings of trainers and trainings for facilitators for the Council of Europe and the European Commission. Furthermore, I was involved in various European organisations as a human rights activist. For several years I was employed as an educational advisor in the education and training department of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg.

Over the years, I have travelled the world, enjoyed my freedom, earned very well, but also worked very hard and demonstrated that women can achieve anything they want, that they are in no way inferior to men, that it is worth making an effort and giving everything. And at the same time, I had increasingly asked myself what price I and many other women pay for all the ‘hustle’, be it in terms of partnership, health or because we lose touch with our true, feminine essence and intuition and make things harder for ourselves than necessary. Why do we live in a (working) world that is dominated by pressure, hustle and performance? Why do we have to fight for our goals and happiness instead of making our feminine nature our ally?...learning to receive success, money and love in a relaxed and easy way.

So I dove deeper and deeper into my own personal development, systemic coaching, bodywork and spirituality, opened my own practice, enjoyed numerous additional training courses - from energy work and de-armouring to sound and hypno-healing – to tantra and more - increasingly embarking on a holistic path, celebrating and teaching how to live true essence and divinity. Until my own calling became very clear: I am here for those women who want to be a lighttower, to enrich the world and move from inner struggle to inner peace through deep healing and consciousness work. Those who want to put their feminine radiance, their authentic being and their potential at the service of others, do good and at the same time enjoy life in all its facets and in all its abundance.

My greatest ability, my strongest power, lies in the group. This is what has connected all my professional stations, be it as a teacher or youth worker, as a cruise ship director or as a trainer of leaders and facilitators at European level. Today it is my calling to pass on this power to other female trainers and coaches. And not simply teach the topic of female leadership and authentic femininity, but to show how to lead oneself and others in softness. Moreover, not to impart knowledge, but to truly embody it with devotion and thus make our relationships, our families, our communities and thus the world a better, more light-filled place.
